Senior Site Manager Greenwich – £110M Residential New Build Tier 2 Main Contractor

A reputable Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the delivery team on a landmark £110M residential new build scheme in Greenwich. This iconic 30-storey development will set a new standard for quality and design in the area. With piling works already complete, the project will be breaking ground in September and progressing quickly into superstructure.

The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for groundworks and frame works in the initial stages, before moving into overseeing key envelope and fit-out elements. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, quality control, and technical know-how across complex packages including RC frame, unitised curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, bathroom pods, and scaffolding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of groundworks and RC frame packages from inception to completion.
