Senior Site Manager Location: Malvern (with regional site travel) Salary: Up to £65,000 + package We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Based out of their Malvern office, this role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality construction projects across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site activities to ensure successful project delivery Maintain high standards of quality control Monitor progress against programme and support planning Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials Manage site logistics and material ordering Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersSupport cost control and commercial performance Drive site performance and continuous improvement
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and develop site teams Mentor junior staff and support career development Conduct performance reviews and manage team output Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction Proven track record of heading up construction projects and developments within a permanent role Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety practices Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
