We’re looking for a Social Account Director to play a leading role in social & content delivery across complex accounts within the agency.The role sits within the Social Partner team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative social content for our clients; through collaborating with our Creative, Production, Performance and Strategy teams. All team members act as key client contacts and responsible for the running of projects, with a key role in ensuring we produce successful and exciting content across platforms.As a Social Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex social content projects, implementing clear processes through collaborating with key functions and seniors across the business, and ensuring we deliver on new business, strategies and significant projects for our clients. You will drive innovation and quality output in your own work and in the teams you work with, and provide a high level of social consultancy and senior client support.RequirementsMust-HavesAgency experience at an Account Director level or equivalentSocial & content backgroundProven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading roleExcellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice deliveryConfident and consultative approach with senior clientsStrong collaborator able to interface with a variety of internal specialists, and external stakeholdersNice-to-HavesExperience with both B2B and B2C clientsInfluencer experienceExperience with global clientsYour ResponsibilitiesAs an Social Account Director, you are responsible for the following:Client RelationsKey client contact on a large retained social account with the ability to develop strong relationships, handle difficult situations with senior clients and drive excellence in our outputAlso client & stakeholder liaison across complex projects and campaignsSocial and contentAbility to lead and present on strategic and creative thinking and come across as a consultantAct as a guardian and catalyst for best in class innovative content, working hand in hand with creativesKey strategic content lead, constantly evaluating success of strategy and opportunities for evolutionAccount Delivery and growthEnd-to-end delivery of large accounts and complex projects, overcoming obstacles, demonstrating agility, and leading with clarity from a client and internal perspectiveLead on effective collaboration within your accountsOversight of large teams and accounts to ensure account health, quality control, and proactivity – including acting as the client escalation point where necessary – as well as commercials account growthOpportunitiesCollaborate with other seniors across the business on proposals, pitches, etc – acting as a connector between various disciplines (e.g. performance, creative, etc)Bring a strategic point of view on overall approach, and social contentTake ownership of commercial targets (working with Growth team member on your accounts) and motivate core team to help deliver against themBenefitsNamed in Campaign Magazine's Best Places to Work 7 years runningHybrid working - 2 day in the office per weekPrivate Healthcare & Life Insurance, 25 Days+ HolidayTeam Mini breaks in the UK and abroad, Regular SocialsCulture: Open, Engaged & Inspirational
