Senior Social Creative – Content Marketing Agency – £45k - *TikTok ( self shooting and editing )

Profiles Creative are working with an award-winning content marketing agency who are looking to hire a Senior Social Creative to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on, ideas-led role — not just execution. You will be responsible for developing social-first creative from concept through to delivery, helping push the agency’s output forward across major brand accounts.

The role requires a TikTok-first mindset, strong understanding of paid + organic social, and the ability to create content end-to-end including shooting and editing.

The role

• Develop social-first creative concepts from idea through to final delivery
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social platforms
• Lead creative thinking on social campaigns and help evolve output across accounts
• Produce content for both organic and paid social, with strong knowledge of optimisation and platform best practice
• Capture content on shoots / on location as a self-shooter when required
• Edit short-form and long-form video using Adobe Creative Suite
• Stay ahead of trends, formats and platform updates, especially TikTok
• Support pre-production including storyboards, shot lists and shoot planning
• Collaborate with creative, social and video teams to deliver high-quality work
• Contribute ideas across wider campaigns beyond social where needed

• Experience working in an agency or content / social environment preferred

Salary

£45,000 approx
