Senior Social Media Manager

My client are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join their team initiallly on a temporary basis.
There is the possibility that this could become permanent for the right candidate.
This role requires a seasoned social media professional with deep experience in the luxury sector, as well as a proven ability to plan and execute live editorial and event sponsorship coverage for major events.
The successful candidate will be skilled in collaborating with and briefing external media teams, consistently delivering exceptional results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) audiences, including tone sensitivity, discretion, premium visual standards and reputation management within elite environments.
Duties will include:
* Lead, develop and execute multi-platform social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads and emerging platforms, optimising performance through data-led insights.
* Own platform-specific growth strategies, audience acquisition targets and commercial KPIs across all brand channels, with clear accountability for measurable performance outcomes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, commercial, content, design, video and events teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and strategic growth.
* Create and oversee compelling, platform-specific content including static posts, carousels, Reels, Stories and video assets.
* Manage the social content calendar and oversee day-to-day brand representation across all channels.
* Adapt editorial, print and commercial content for social media, using analytics and performance data to refine campaigns and inform strategy.
* Translate data insights into actionable optimisation strategies, continuously refining content, targeting and distribution to drive audience growth and revenue impact.
* Oversee community management, including responding to comments and DMs, while maintaining the brand voice
* Monitor social media trends, share best practices and ensure the team stays updated on platform developments and opportunities.
