The Opportunity

Our client is a growing creative agency looking for someone who can sit at the heart of their delivery team balancing strategic thinking with hands-on oversight. You'll: Take ownership of social and content strategy across a portfolio of retained clients Act as a senior contact, confidently leading meetings and presenting direction Oversee creative output to ensure quality and consistency Analyse performance and translate insights into clear next steps Support and guide a junior team member Work closely with the founder to refine systems, processes and service delivery Contribute to team expansion as the business continues to scale
