About the Role:
An experienced Senior Social Worker is required to join a busy Case Management Team, working with children and families across a range of statutory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a complex caseload of families subject to:
Children in Need (CIN)
Child Protection Plans (CPP)
Public Law Outline (PLO)
Care Proceedings Supervision Orders (SO)
Undertake regular home visits and direct work with children and families.
Attend and contribute to core group meetings and multi‑agency forums.
Prepare high‑quality court reports and assessments within statutory timescales.
Ensure robust risk assessment, care planning, and case recording.
