You will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers. You'll work closely with product owners and stakeholders to turn business requirements into high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions Lead code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise systems for performance and scalability RequirementsEssential (Non-Negotiable) Strong experience with C# / .NET Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript Experience working within the Microsoft technology stack Proven experience in full-stack development Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React) Understanding of backend development principles and APIs Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable (Ideal) xehkeey Experience with SQL and database design Experience with Microsoft Azure Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. health, justice, government) Experience leading technical teams or initiatives Familiarity with microservices or cloud-native architectures Benefits Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects This is an office based role so must be able to commute 5x days on site, please do not apply if you are not local to Glasgow centre.
