Our banking client is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer/COBOL Developers with hands-on expertise in FIS Systematics to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting core banking applications, with a focus on the FIS Systematics suite. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our financial services clients. Your responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs within the FIS Systematics environment (e.g., IMPACS, ALS, ST, etc.). Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, upgrades, and migrations.
