Weve grown revenue 10x in the past 10 months and we're just getting started. Our platform is helping modern tech companies solve complex financial problems at scale. With major customer demand fueling product expansion, were building out our engineering team in both London and New York.

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend or Full Stack) to join us on this journey. Youll help shape the backend architecture, ship impactful features quickly, and play a key role in developing our early engineering culture.

What youll be working on:

• Building core financial tooling for high-growth SaaS companies
• Designing scalable backend systems using modern languages (Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, etc.)
• Collaborating with product, design, and data teams to launch new features
• Talking to users and digging into real-world customer problems
• Moving fast in a high-trust, high-ownership environment

What were looking for:

• 38 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer
• Experience working at a top-tier B2B SaaS scale-up
• Background in fintech or finance-related tools (accounting, revenue ops, etc.)
• Proficiency in a backend language like Python, TypeScript, Ruby, or Java
• Comfortable with Kotlin or excited to learn it
• CS degree from a top university (e.g. UCL, Waterloo, Georgia Tech, Harvard)
