● Background working in product-driven or startup-style teams.

● Think holistically—not just about code, but about user needs, product vision, and business outcomes.

● Act with pace, rapidly testing ideas through prototyping and real user feedback to learn and iterate quickly.

● You confidently work with modern AI tools (such as LLMs and coding assistants), using them as collaborative tools while applying your judgement to validate, refine, or override.

● You’re motivated to find practical ways AI can elevate developer productivity, increase user impact, and improve product performance.

● You deliver well-designed, scalable features end-to-end

● You make strong architectural choices and confidently balance technical trade-offs

● You build clear abstractions and easy-to-understand designs

● You create codebases that are maintainable, collaborative, and built to grow
