We are working with a leading law firm based in Manchester for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.

The Role: The successful candidate will join an impressive Corporate team, working on M&A, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters. The Senior Associate will be involved in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing due diligence, and advising clients on structuring and compliance.

The individual will have strong transactional experience and be comfortable running their own deals with support as needed. A willingness to become involved in business development and an ability to develop client relationships is also important.

Essential Criteria: 4+ years’ PQE; Corporate law background; Ability to develop relationships; Ability to run own transactions; Willingness to engage in business development; Technically excellent; Strong communication skills; Flexible and collaborative team player.
