Position Overview


We are seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant with deep expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our high-impact team. In this role, you will act as a strategic and trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Uniphore’s AI platform. You’ll drive solutioning and innovation across customer engagements, turning complex business challenges into AI-powered opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client objectives, data environments, and AI readiness.
  • Design and deliver impactful AI/LLM-powered solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.
  • Translate technical capabilities—particularly around Generative AI and LLMs and Uniphore’s Platform—into compelling business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure scalable, client-centric solutions.
  • Continuously monitor AI advancements and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Support customer enablement through workshops, documentation, and presentations.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Fluent in Spanish and English


Technical Expertise

  • 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or AI implementation roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM, LLaMA), and related tools (e.g., LangChain, vector databases).
  • Strong understanding of raw data, data structures, NLP/NLU/NLG, ML pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade AI deployments, including model evaluation, customization, and integration.


Domain & Industry Acumen

  • Ability to contextualize solutions within specific industries (e.g., telecom, BFSI, healthcare).
  • Experience aligning AI use cases to measurable business value (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, CX improvement).


Customer-Facing Skills

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities—comfortable with both C-level conversations and deep-dive technical workshops.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Proven track record of relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration.
