About Us

Remuneration
£36,000 p/a OR £17 p/h. Plus annual performance bonus + gratuities
Job Role
As Senior Sous Chef, youll help lead a busy fresh food kitchen, managing in the Head Chefs absence. Youll maintain high standards across service and functions, support team development, and ensure all food safety and company procedures are followed while delivering consistent, quality dishes. A strong desire to progress within the company is essential.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
