Senior Sous Chef Leading Resort - Wales The Role We are recruiting for a talented Senior Sous Chef to take the lead on the day-to-day operation of a busy grill restaurant within one of Wales' most prestigious resorts. This venue combines laid-back dining with a focus on seasonal, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. The Package Salary up to £40,000 + Tips Staff discounts across the resort Free on-site parking You'll be responsible for: Overseeing all kitchen operations within the grill restaurant Managing service, prep and pass with efficiency and consistency Supporting the Executive Chef in menu development tailored to the outlet's identity Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times Coaching and mentoring the kitchen team to ensure high standards are met daily Stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison About You Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen Confident running a service and leading a team from the front Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for great food, with a focus on grilled meats, seafood and seasonal produce Calm under pressure, with a hands-on and positive attitude This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established resort with an excellent reputation for both leisure and dining.
