About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to work in close partnership with our Head Chef, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our acclaimed kitchen. Our restaurant is renowned for its modern British cuisine, where ingredient provenance and seasonality are at the heart of everything we do, complemented by refined European techniques. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in upholding our Michelin standards, overseeing all kitchen operations, mentoring the brigade, and driving culinary innovation that reflects our commitment to ingredient-led excellence.
