This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives under pressure and knows how to bring consistency, calm, and control to a fast-paced environment.

The Role: Senior Sous Chef You'll sit just below the Head Chef—taking real ownership of kitchen operations, leading the brigade during service, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
