Senior Sous Chef We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting time to be part of the team. The brasserie, with its stunning interior design and innovative all day dining menu, is hugely popular. A successful candidate will be able to operate in all sections of the kitchen and manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained and assist with the coaching and training other members of the team to a high level. This they will be involved with the team for day to day running of the kitchen. But also have a big focus on outdoor fire cooking & new dish development with the head chef. Ideal candidate will have experience in working with barbeques & firepit This role is a full-time contract which requires someone who is flexible with hours and can work weekends.
