The kitchen is fast-paced and well organised, offering an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to play a key role in maintaining standards and supporting the continued success of the business.

You will be a strong Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up, with a solid background in fresh food kitchens.
Youll be confident leading a team during service, organised in your approach and passionate about delivering consistently high standards.
As Senior Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead the team during busy services
Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Assist with training and development of junior chefs
Help manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation
