Known for refined Asian cuisine, impeccable service, and a vibrant atmosphere, we are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team and support our mission of delivering world-class dining to our guests.
The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across the kitchen. Youll play a key role in leading the brigade, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting with menu execution, inventory management, and maintaining budgetary controls. This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, organisation, and ability to thrive under pressure will shine.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dishes, maintaining portion control and minimising waste.
Support with menu planning, costing, and stock control.
Uphold HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Train, motivate, and develop junior chefs to perform at their best.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised kitchen environment.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

About You
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in a senior role or 8+ years in a line chef role with leadership experience).
Strong knowledge of all kitchen sections and cooking techniques.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Good financial awareness and computer literacy (procurement tools, Microsoft Office).
Food hygiene certification at intermediate or higher level.
A calm, hands-on leader who leads by example.
