Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service flow Train, motivate, and support junior team members Uphold portion control, stock rotation, and waste management Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Kitchen Management Maintain mise en place and prep standards across all sections Manage orders, weekly reporting, and stock inventories Collaborate on new dish development and seasonal menus Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a premium or high-volume setting Natural leadership skills and a calm, hands-on approach A passion for high-quality, creative cuisine Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen health & safety standards Ready to Join the Amazonico Family?
