About the role. We are looking for an experiencedseniorsous chef to join our team. This is

a great opportunity

for someone who enjoys working in a busy, creative environment and is ready to take on a more senior role within a supportive and well-established team. Youll

be cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out and be working with amazing, fresh produce from some of the best suppliers in the country alongside a well-established and tight knit team. Youll

work closely with the Head Chef and play a key role in leading the team day to day, helping to

maintain

the quality, consistency, and atmosphere of the kitchen.

Responsibilities. Working with the head chef to manage thewiderteam.

Supporting and guiding the team duringservice andleading when

required

.

Leading by experience and fostering a positive, supporting team culture.

Dealing with suppliers,

building

and

maintaining

strong relationships with key contacts.

Making sure that every dish reflects the quality and standard of our restaurant.

Keeping a sense of calm and control during busy services.

Overseeing dailykitchentasks,

organisation

and management.

Working with wider restaurant management teamto uphold the quality and experience of our restaurant.

Requirements. Previous

experience in a professional restaurant environment essential.

A positive attitude and a hands-on approach.

A genuine passion for great food and fresh produce.
