RoleYouwillleadandsupportdesignanalysisactivities,ensuringdesignsaresafe,compliant,andcost-effective.Youwillworkcloselywithmulti-disciplinaryteamsandactasatechnicalfocalpointforanalysis.KeyResponsibilities
- Performandreviewstressandstructuralanalysis(handcalculationsandFEA)
- Produceandcheckdesignsubstantiationreports
- Supportandinfluencedesignforintegrityandmanufacturability
- Mentorjuniorengineers
- Liaisewithclientsandprojectteams
- Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandregulatorystandards
- Degree/HNC/HNDinEngineering(orequivalent)
- StrongexperienceinstressanalysisandMathcad
- Knowledgeofrelevantstructuralandmechanicalstandards
- Experienceinregulatedenvironments(ideallynuclear)
- FEAexperience(ANSYS/ABAQUS/NASTRAN)and3DCAD
- Strongcommunicationandtimemanagementskills
- RighttoworkintheUK
