- Knowledgeofrelevantstructuralandmechanicalstandards
- Experienceinregulatedenvironments(ideallynuclear)
- FEAexperience(ANSYS/ABAQUS/NASTRAN)and3DCAD
- Strongcommunicationandtimemanagementskills
