Our client, a growing and multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy, based in Monmouth, are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join them due to continued growth. Their work sectors include public sector projects, defence, security clearance and professional services. Projects range from small-scale refurbishments to large newbuild schemes and framework projects. The successful candidate will manage a small engineering team and contribute technically to a wide variety of commercial projects. This role involves overseeing the structural design process, mentoring junior engineers, attending project meetings, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid working is available, with up to 3 days per week working from home.
