You should have several years of buildings design experience, be able to supervise two graduate engineers and manage your own projects as well.The Director is MIStructE, MICE and an ICE Examiner and has come from a larger practice background. The firm has been running for over 8 years now with more office space available and plans to expand further. You must be a good team player.The firm has a great and varied work portfolio, with a mix of larger and small projects such as an architecturally led private houses, several large multi-storey developments, 3 x 30 storey towers, a new build 8 storey hotel, new rooftop apartments and a multi storey RC frame commercial project. Projects are often bespoke and challenging and could include international schemes.The office is situated right by the station and is within short walking distance of a lovely park and pubs.
