Join a well-established, design-led structural engineering consultancy during a key period of succession planning. The opportunity for a Chartered or Near-Chartered Structural Engineer looking to step up into a client-facing and project-leading role.
This role is ideally suited to a Structural Engineer looking to step up into a client-facing and project-leading position, moving beyond pure design into a role with greater responsibility and long-term progression. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior engineers, helping to strengthen the next generation of technical and client leadership within the practice.
Projects are predominantly design-led and span sectors including healthcare, commercial, and education, with a varied workload incorporating surveys, assessments, detailed design, and early-stage project input.
