About You:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Chartered status (or close to achieving it) in the UK Strong experience in consulting engineering, surveying, and working alongside architectural and planning teams Proven leadership, supervisory, and negotiation skills A track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget Excellent mathematical, technical, and IT capabilities A methodical mindset with strong project management ability You're a confident communicator and natural problem solver who thrives both independently and as part of a team. You take initiative, think strategically, and bring energy to every project you touch.
