We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our clients expanding team. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to lead and deliver complex structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion, within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You will work closely with clients, architects and internal teams to produce innovative, practical and high-quality design solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven project leadership capability and the confidence to manage multiple workloads effectively. You will be a clear and confident communicator, able to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines to ensure exceptional standards of delivery. Proficiency in industry-standard structural design software is essential, alongside a genuine passion for the built environment and a solid understanding of the construction process.
