Testing Specialist Contract Type: Inside IR 35 6-month rolling contract Location: Remote with occasional trips to Bracknell We are seeking a Testing Specialist with a strong background in SuccessFactors and test framework development. This role is ideal for a senior tester who can deputise for the Test Manager and has experience managing both people and projects. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and enhance testing frameworks to ensure robustness and efficiency. Conduct comprehensive testing across various stages of project development. Deputise for the Test Manager, overseeing testing operations and ensuring alignment with project goals. Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues. Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple testing projects. Provide leadership and guidance to junior testers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of testing experience. Strong experience with SuccessFactors. Proven ability to build and test frameworks. Competent in various testing methodologies and practices. Experience in managing people and projects. Proficient in using ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and ADO (Azure DevOps).
