Senior Supplier Manager - Collections & Recoveries

As a Senior Manager within Supplier Management, you’ll manage a portfolio of third-party suppliers who provide services to support Collections & Recoveries and Teams supporting vulnerable customers.
You’ll be responsible for managing performance and conduct of suppliers, ensuring adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements and Nationwide’s Supplier Relationship Management framework.
You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert in your field and be comfortable working in an agile environment.
External suppliers play a vital role in our success, and you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how we utilise our supplier partners to best effect, whether that’s by providing specialist support to our customers in financial difficulty or engaging with our charity partners.
