You will report into the Management Team, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. About the people youll be supporting: Youll work across our Service at Furlong Close supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities.
