We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive Senior Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to our services users. You will be based in vibrant, inter-generational Cecil Gardens and be responsible along with the Registered Manager for the operational management and quality of the service, consisting of 165 clients, each living in their own flat. You are expected to collaborate with the Social Services and other stakeholders including the Area Manager to ensure that the highest care standards are met.
