We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic and motivated person to join the team as a Senior Support Worker in one of our vibrant North East Lincolnshire Services. This position is based within one of our Cleethorpes services.

Our services in North East Lincolnshire provide excellent care and support to individuals with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and non-verbal communication requirements . As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the existing management team to assist with the coordination and delivery of high-quality, outcome-focused, person-centred care to the people we support. You will be positive about supporting people to increase their independence and ensure that they are at the centre of all decisions made about their lives.

Key Senior Support Worker Duties: Supervising, empowering and mentoring a team of staff alongside the North East Lincolnshire management team.
