An established and growing organisation, they are seeking skilled Senior Support Workers to join their team near Chorley, and are keen to seek professional and compassionate people who want to make a difference.
The role:
Working on site in the residential services, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support with leading the team of Support Workers to ensure the shifts run smoothly and care and support delivered in line with all policies and procedures and providing guidance and support where needed. Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to protect vulnerable adults.
