Associate - Property Management Surveyor Our client, a market-leading real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to manage a portfolio of high-profile assets in Central London. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term asset performance as part of a collaborative and high-impact team. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and operational performance of commercial properties within a prominent development. Support the smooth onboarding of new instructions, ensuring all management systems and reporting processes are in place. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. Prepare for and lead client meetings, including documenting actions and following up effectively. Deliver timely, high-quality client reporting and analysis across the managed portfolio. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on lease events, service charges, arrears, and occupier queries.
