Job Description

An established multi disciplined, property, engineering and sustainability consultancy are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to work alongside their MEP Design Engineers and architecture partners. Working with clients at early stages of the construction process you will work in a client facing role, attending design team meetings and review meetings, with the help of the Sustainability Director. Working on projects within the commercial, retail and education sector this is a fantastic opportunity to learn project management skills.\nCandidates are welcome from graduate level through to intermediate level who should have the below experience/ interests:\nExperience carrying out BREEAM Assessments on a range of building types\nIdeally a BREEAM Assessor\nExperience with Project managing delivery of energy and sustainability services on projects\nDepth of knowledge in planning strategy, energy and sustainability statements\nKnowledge in Building modelling EPCs, daylight studies etc\nFor more information about this role please contact George Osborn
