Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Siemens (and ideally Rockwell) hardware and software systems
• Strong background in Water and Wastewater treatment sectors
• Proven track record managing complex control system integration projects
• Skilled in interpreting client standards and user requirements
• Ability to reverse engineer existing control software with precision
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination capabilities
• Commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Valid UK driver's license for occasional travel

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SCADA and HMI development
• Knowledge of programming standards and cybersecurity for control systems
• Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Several years of hands-on experience in system integration within industrial or utility environments

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel as needed to project sites across the UK
• Security clearances or certifications relevant to infrastructure projects (optional but advantageous)
