NOW HIRING: Senior Systems Engineer – Chassis & Motion Controls (Hybrid | Warwick)

Location: Warwick (Hybrid) | Contract or Perm | Outside IR35 available for Ltd Co contractors

We’re working with a premium Midlands-based OEM on an exciting project, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in Chassis / Vehicle Dynamics / Motion Control Systems. This is your chance to become part of a highly skilled team, supporting the delivery of next-gen Driver Modes Systems from initial definition to full system sign-off.

What You'll Do

• Own system requirement decomposition, traceability and validation across the V-cycle
• Author and execute system-level test cases (rigs + vehicle)
• Support root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Work to ISO 26262 standards for safety-critical systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineers to deliver premium vehicle performance

What We're Looking For

Degree in Automotive, Systems or Electrical Engineering (5+ years' exp.)

Proven experience in Chassis, Mechatronics or Motion Control Systems

Strong systems engineering, requirement management & version control knowledge

Hands-on with vehicle testing and system-level validation

Full UK Driving Licence

• Automotive network & diagnostics knowledge (CANalyzer, CANape)
• Experience in high-integrity control system delivery
• Class 3/4 driving qualifications
• Start: ASAP
• Contract: 3 or 6 months initial (outside IR35) or perm
• Hybrid: 2–3 days on site (Warwick)
