Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver System-of-Systems concepting activities

Own key requirements and architectural processes using Model-Based Engineering tools

*

Collaborate with design teams to define system concepts, trades, and constraints

*

Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities

*

Mentor and manage junior engineers

*

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

*

Experienced systems engineer with strong analytical and conceptual thinking

*

Ability to develop and communicate new system architectures and concepts

*

Skilled in presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders

*

Able to make decisions affecting multiple design domains or system elements

*

Strong influencing skills and ability to drive project narrative

*

Attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of an agile team
