Location and Legalities
This full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Lead position is based onsite in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.
What You'll Do
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the architect of our growing team, responsible for attracting and hiring the brilliant minds that power our AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for all roles, from AI researchers to software engineers and business functions.
- Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top-tier talent in the competitive AI industry.
- Owning and optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build a world-class interview process.
- Championing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant receives timely and thoughtful communication.
- Proactively building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support our rapid growth and future hiring needs for projects like YOLO11.
- Utilizing recruiting analytics and reporting to track key metrics, provide insights to the business, and continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
- Managing HRIS platforms like Rippling for seamless onboarding and integration of new hires into our high-performance culture.
️ Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles like a Computer Vision Engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI company.
- Deep expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, to find and attract passive candidates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting analytics to drive decision-making and measure success through metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and refining interview processes that are both effective and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in machine learning.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
