Are you a Senior Recruiter with a passion for finding top Engineering & Construction talent in the UK and across Europe? Join Dornan's growing team in London as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will drive hiring initiatives in the UK and Europe.


The role will be based in our London office, located in South Kensington.


The Role:


  • Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, especially in Engineering and Construction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape and deliver sourcing strategies.
  • Use internal ATS along with external tools like LinkedIn Recruiter/ Indeed/ Job Boards to proactively engage top talent.
  • Build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions.


What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
  • Engineering or Construction recruitment experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
  • Experience recruiting across Ireland, UK & Europe.
