I'm working with a fast-growing Alternative Investment team at a leading global advisory firm to hire a Senior Manager in London. This team advises top-tier Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, with a strong pipeline of work and a clear path to Directorship. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical tax advice to asset managers and funds, including transaction and structuring support. Manage corporate and partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely reporting. Oversee investor reporting and client portfolios, delivering high-quality service. Collaborate across tax, financial services, and international teams to develop new opportunities. Lead business development efforts and maintain client relationships. Train and mentor junior team members. Requirements: Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Experience managing a client portfolio. Strong tax technical skills with an interest in financial services. Experience in working with Private Equity and Venture Capital is highly desired.
