Requirements

Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private accounting, or financial planning CPA or EA required Experience serving high-net-worth clients, partnerships, trusts, and closely held entities Strong technical tax research and regulatory knowledge Proficiency with tax compliance software (CCH or GOSystem ) Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience in training and mentoring junior staff Strong attention to detail

What you’ll do

Lead, mentor, and guide the tax team to drive results and develop future tax leaders Build and retain client relationships while ensuring deadlines and client needs are met Partner with peers to deliver strategic tax planning solutions for high-net-worth clients Manage consulting and tax projects, including charitable giving and private foundation planning Review tax returns, projections, extensions, and related workpapers and financial statements
