Senior - Principal Recruitment Consultant - Base £30-45k - Perm or Contract - Europe / US Focus

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing full-cycle recruiting processes to meet the varied hiring goals of the firm's clients within the digital domain.
  • Creating unique strategies for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with standout talent.
  • Providing insights on market trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Enhancing the employer brand through an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to optimise recruitment processes and strategies.


Requirements:

  • Ideally 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successful placements within the digital sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop strong professional relationships.
  • Robust understanding of the digital space and market trends.
