Senior Technical Account Executive

London based, hybrid working model. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Account Executive to join the Client Services team in London, working directly with agencies, partners and clients in our London Office. The role will oversee the management of multiple campaigns alongside our trading team from set-up to completion, optimizing where possible and troubleshooting challenges. At the heart of the Technical Account Executive role is providing guidance to help clients exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs. This role reports to the Senior Technical Account Manager within the Client Services team. Responsibilities
Own the day‑to‑day management of client engagement, inclusive of but not limited to: Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns and strategies Serve as the consultant for product solutions and best practices Oversee internal client account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up etc.) Develop data‑based insights to guide KPI strategy and activation Produce reporting and conduct client performance review meetings Identify optimization opportunities for KPI improvement Create and present post‑campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews Orchestrate the month‑end billing reconciliation Showcase appropriate product insights in line with our offering Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross‑functional teams Maintain internal pipeline systems to reflect actualised monthly budget splits Commitment to Blis’ inclusion initiatives and 5‐step sustainability plan

Ability to be a client‑facing lead, who drives the direction, communications and outcomes across the teams Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Works well both within a team and individually Has excellent organisational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple tasks Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Technically savvy with commercial acumen
