Small award winning team working with a broad range of private and public sector clients is looking to make a senior hire to deliver a major central London luxury apartment development.

Position:

The role is for an experienced technical architect to take a leading role on a major central London retrofit project comprising of various phased, super prime apartment developments. Reporting to director, you will have a hands-on role, overseeing a team of architects and assistants, liaising with client, external consultants and contractors and producing technical information and packages in Revit, ensuring the project is on programme, budget and built to the highest quality. This practice do not pigeon hold and so the position also offers opportunities to contribute to a broader range of residential, hospitality, commercial, and civic projects across the all stages.

Position:

The successful candidate with be a qualified ARB architect with significant post part III experience in a recognised design practice with a particular career focus on RIBA stage 3-5 of large complex UK housing projects. An emphasis on retrofit would be highly advantageous. This practice are fully BIM proficient and you will be comfortable drawing and modelling in Revit and coordinating with consultants and contractors, including on site management. They are looking for a leader with strong communication skills, the ability work across multiple work streams and the desire to inspire success in the small but very talented team and contribute to every aspect of practice life.
