Co-ordinate the accuracy of information supplied by all departments to ensure no discrepancies.Submission of all information to building control and discharge conditions.Obtain EPC's.Obtain Secured by Design Approval, where applicable.Obtaining and track all specialist third party design approvals.Attend monthly site meetings, resolve all technical related queries from site, including conducting weekly site visits.Attend monthly design team meetings and take the minutes.Raise DCP's/VO's as required.Compile planning condition discharge packs.Compile product review packs.Arrange fire inspections.Provide support to customer service.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about usWe build more than homes, we're making Vistry.
