Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects Manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives aligned to strategic goals Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and forecasts Oversee RAID management and governance processes Collaborate with technical teams across infrastructure, applications and DevOps Ensure compliance with internal approvals and regulatory controls Provide regular reporting and dashboards to senior stakeholders Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant Required Skills & Experience

10+ years experience in project or delivery management within financial services Strong technical background with experience across infrastructure and applications Experience delivering SaaS and cloud migration programmes Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and automation environments Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial tracking Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and reporting tools PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar certification advantageous
