What Youll Do

As aSenior Technical Estimator, youll:

• Manage complexHigh Voltageproject enquiries from initial review to tender submission, negotiation, and contract award
• Review specifications to identifytechnicalanddeliveryrequirements for projects up to400kV
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for High Voltage electrical work, supporting Powersystems tender strategy
• Attendsite visits, pre and post tender, and pre-contract meetings
• Work with the Procurement team to obtain and assess supplier and subcontractorquotations
• Work closely with teams across the business to ensureaccurateandpracticalestimates

What Were Looking For Estimating

• Strong technical knowledge of33kV, 132kV, and400kVelectrical infrastructure works
• Provenexperiencein producing technical estimates and tender submissions in the electrical infrastructure sector up to400kV
• Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualifications inElectrical Engineeringor similar
• Proven ability tointerpretrequirements, specifications, and technical drawings, converting them into submissions
• Excellentcommunicationskills
• Adept at building strong ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, demonstrating clear and professional communication at all times
• Full UK Driving License & Right to Work in the UK
